Meaning of Stocks under Upper Circuit Breaker
Stocks under upper circuit breaker means, these shares were in high demand and only buyers were present due to which the share price has went UP and locked in upper circuit. There were no sellers.
1. Look for two important columns, "% change" and "Bid Qty"

First preference to pick high Bid Qty pending and then high % change and pick those stocks for todays trading session

3. The column "Bid Qty" and get a sense of the extent of the un-satisfied demand. These numbers will show the pending buy orders and no sellers for these shares. As there were no sellers, the stock price went into upper circuit mode.
