Mahindra Satyam, the brand identity of Satyam Computer Services , a leading global consulting
and IT services provider, today announced the wins of 2 multimillion dollar contracts to be executed
by its subsidiary, Satyam Servicos De Informatica, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Through this subsidiary, Mahindra Satyam plans to increase its business footprint in the Latin
American market and open opportunities for alliances in the local business arena. Satyam
Servicos IDe Informatica has also appointed Alberto Rosati as the country head for this operation.

Mahindra Satyam has won two multi- million dollar contracts; one from a global conglomerate and
the other from a leading player in the logistics sector for their Latin American operations, which will
be serviced by Satyam Servicos De Informatica.
